Return and Cancellation
ZAQQ writes Service in capital letters! If you are not satisfied with the goods we sent you, you have the option to return your ordered items.
30 Days Return Policy
Please note that you can return your shoes to us within 30 days and that we only accept unused items. We therefore recommend trying on and checking shoes on a soft surface (e.g. carpet). Please make sure not to remove any tags attached to the shoes and do not soil the items. Please place the ZAQQ shoes in the original packaging in which we sent you the item. In the next step, please place the original packaged item and the completed return form in the shipping carton. For this, you can of course use the ZAQQ box.
How do I return goods?
If you want to return an item or exchange it for another item in a different size or color, etc., you can easily note this and we will take care of the rest.
Please stick the return label on the shipping carton. If you use the ZAQQ box, please make sure that the label with which we sent your order is no longer visible. Therefore, remove it completely before shipping or cover it with the return label.
An exchange of the shoes for another model or size takes place with us with free return via our return portal and free new shipping.
In the case of a complete return (regardless of the choice of shipping provider or use of our return portal), we deduct a fee of 3.90 EUR from the refund amount. If you keep a part of your order and return a part, no fee is charged and you only bear the already paid shipping costs.
If you live outside Germany , unfortunately, we cannot cover the costs for the return transport and they will be at your expense unless the return is due to an error on our part and is from countries within the European Union. If this is the case, please choose standard shipping, as we do not reimburse costs incurred by express shipments.
Please ensure that the return is provided with tracking in your own interest. If the package is sent without tracking, we do not assume liability in case of loss.
For justified returns that originate outside the European Union , unfortunately, we cannot reimburse the transport costs.
How to return the shoes from Austria, Switzerland and other countries?
Unfortunately, we cannot cover the costs of a return from other countries. Please include a copy of the order confirmation or invoice with your return and let us know whether you would like an exchange or a refund, and declare the package as "returned goods."

How do I get my money refunded?
Once the return has been received and checked by us, we will refund your amount. Depending on the payment method, you will receive:
for prepayment, direct debit, and instant transfer, a credit to your bank account
for payment via PayPal, a credit to your PayPal account. Whether the amount remains on your PayPal account for another purchase or flows back to your bank account, you can decide on PayPal. We have no influence on this.
The refund will be processed within a few days after receipt of the return.
