My barefoot shoes for every occasion: SQY White

If I could only own one shoe, it would be my new SQY White! This barefoot shoe has absolutely convinced me. But it's best if I start from the beginning. Last year, I ordered my first ZAQQ barefoot shoes after thoroughly researching the topic. Since I want to own very few shoes, it had to be a mid-high and above all waterproof hiking shoe that doesn't look like an outdoor shoe. I browsed through various suppliers but ended up sticking with the EXPEQ Vegan Marone Waterproof. And what can I say, I was thrilled. This sole is nicely grippy and feels wonderfully soft to walk on.
That's why my summer season shoe also had to have this sole. The SQY White immediately caught my eye. Marketed as a running shoe in the ZAQQ shop, it looks absolutely suitable for everyday use with its white material. So, I kill two birds with one stone and can wear this barefoot shoe both in the city and for sporting activities. Additionally, the SQY White is also vegan, which was particularly important to me in my choice.
After two weeks of intensive running in this barefoot shoe, I am just as enthusiastic as I was during the first trial wear in my apartment. Light, flexible, and universally applicable, my new favorite shoe for every occasion.
Details about the SQY Barefoot Shoe White
This barefoot shoe does not need to be laced, which is a big advantage for me. An elastic band is attached at the top edge of the stretchable mesh fabric to ensure the shoe fits well. The mesh fabric is kept in an insensitive gray tone. You don't immediately see every spot on it, which is another advantage when touring through nature.
On the outside of the mesh fabric, a white layer is sewn that looks like leather but is made of vegan material. It can be wonderfully wiped clean. Both grass stains and mud could be removed without any problems. The laces are actually elastic laces that give the barefoot shoe a better look. You could also tighten them or tie them lower if the shoes are too wide. However, the barefoot shoe fit me perfectly from the start. Inside, a turquoise, very fine textile layer is sewn, which visually matches the white-gray very nicely. However, you don't see it when the shoe is worn.
Where do I wear the SQY everywhere? With its bright design, the SQY, as already mentioned, does not look like a typical sports shoe. That's why I also wear these barefoot shoes to work. Since I've been walking the 5 km to the office for some time now, I'm particularly happy to have found such a comfortable shoe. On weekends, this barefoot shoe is put to the test. I have already undertaken several long tours through fields and forests and am still enthusiastic.
Now I have found my cold season shoe with EXPEQ and my good-weather shoe with SQY. All that's missing are a few sandals for the high summer! But they will soon be joining me.
