Great shoe

I was afraid that I couldn't wear barefoot shoes in winter because I get cold feet very quickly. I have to admit that in addition to the inner sole I inserted a very thin warming sole - but I can stand at any bus stop without getting cold feet and running anyway. Conversely, the shoes were never uncomfortably warm inside. And in the weather, whether rain or snow, I always had dry feet. I am thrilled!

The best shoe ever

I've been wearing my Expeq for 7 years now. Already after the first tours in the Elbe Sandstone Mountains they looked quite abruptly, but I also had them at most stressed them on the scrubbing rock and not always cleaned and cared for. However, I would probably choose Veloursleder in the future.
But the rest is an absolutely fabulous shoe experience. In the meantime, the first seam is dissolved, which can certainly be easily repaired. I wear the shoe for every occasion, definitely for all outdoor activities, summer without, winter with sheep wool insole. It is still waterproof (regularly waxed), the sole still looks incredibly like new.
I love these shoes. They are the ultimate home for my feet.

Without overdoing a very good shoe

My 18 -year -old son always had problems with inflamed toes and 5 nail bed reduction operations have already been carried out on both feet until we received the tip from a podiatrist to use barefoot shoes. My son now uses barefoot shoes in the 2nd year. This year he used the Expeq Lunar Waterproof in the alpine terrain. I have to admit, I was very skeptical because I myself use a robust mountain shoe with vibram sole. The Expeq Lunar Waterproof were fully convincing. We were traveling on a scree area, are gotten through streams, crossed snow fields and climbed. My son felt surepership in all activities and the shoes were absolutely waterproof. He didn't have a single bubble and his feet is wonderful. I am enthusiastic and my son fully satisfied. Thank you for this really good shoes!

I have the leather variant for a good year now. I recently had an outdoor event with a lot of rain for 2 days in a row. The shoes stayed dry and thanks to 2 pairs of socks, the feet were also warm.
