Super soft, but still supportive. Stable but very flexible sole, which is really very balanced. Great workmanship, nice leather, really waterproof so far. Unfortunately just a little too short, but a size larger would be too big again. I don't think the shoe is "wide", it shouldn't be narrower. Half a size larger and slightly wider in the front would be great if I could wish for something. But I can definitely recommend the shoe!!!

Really nice shoes. Waterproof and extra wide. I took a size bigger so I can wear two pairs and thicker socks in them this winter. I had the normal expeq and really loved to walk on them. They are actually not wide enough in cm. Which was okay with one pair of socks. But I got a nasty burning spot after wearing them with thicker socks. So the wider model is better for me. I am a bit disapointed that there are no more models in extra wide.

I tested the shoes on several longer hikes. They are very comfortable to wear and also fit my wide feet perfectly. According to the table, size 40 would have been enough for me, but luckily I also ordered 41 to choose from and kept the larger ones. One star deducted because the tongue initially pressed slightly on the seam and the lacing at the top is a bit "unattractive" (perhaps the tongue should be a little longer here). I would still buy these shoes again in a heartbeat.

I'm thrilled with the quality and happy to have found the right shoe for a good running experience.

I'm very satisfied. I've always had problems with my feet. Since I got these shoes, I no longer have any pain and can walk for a long time.

A wonderfully comfortable, flexible hiking shoe for those who train barefoot. Thank you for that! The feeling for the ground remains, although it provides stability to provide the necessary sure-footedness.
The only downer is the loop on the rear edge of the shaft that is a little too tight to help with slipping on. This is larger in winter boots and therefore provides pleasant support when putting them on.

I've worn it all winter so far and I'm very grateful for the safe footing in the snow.!!

The Expeq wide is the (almost) perfect shoe for me, after several attempts with cheap barefoot shoes I'm annoyed that I didn't buy from Zaqq sooner. The shape is perfect for my foot and I finally don't have wet feet anymore! Plus it looks very chic!
Now I'm looking for a waterproof hiking shoe made of textile material, but it would have to be the same width as the leather ones. I'm a bit worried about the beautiful leather when I walk across the forest and over hill and dale.

After a lot of hesitation, I ordered these boots and I'm really happy with them now. Finally wide enough in the toe area for my wide feet (also for my hallux vulgaris on my left foot) and therefore super comfortable. Now in autumn I don't want to wear any other shoes anymore, my feet stay dry, even when walking through high, wet meadows, and above all, pain-free and relaxed. I ordered the boot a size larger so that I could add a warm felt sole that still had enough space for the increasingly cold days. But unfortunately it will probably be too cold for the “real” winter.

I've been wearing leather barefoot shoes for 2 years now and own a few models from your brand; including this extra wide outdoor shoe for my extra wide feet and high instep. I enjoyed these on my feet on all of my hikes; no squeezing, no blisters, no sweating. The soles are very grippy off-road. However, during a longer period of heavy rain, water has penetrated the fabric flap or tongue. There may be potential for improvement here. I love your leather shoes from Zaqq; keep it up!!!!

Absolutely great shoe that is really wide. The width is ideal for winter hikes for thicker socks and enough toe room.

Since I have very wide feet and according to the table I should actually order 45 instead of 39, I bought them straight away, even though I don't really like the color. Great shoe, could even be a little wider for me, but is ok in size 40. I really hope there will be more shoes for wide feet soon!! I deducted 1 point because there is only one model and only 1 color.
