I'm completely satisfied with this shoe. I tried it in the Harz on steep and partially scorned paths. Conclusion: very non -slip shoe, pointed stones are noticed slightly, but completely insignificant for me.
So I took her to a 14-day mountain and levadar trip on Madeira. Mountains: Pico do Ariero and Pico Ruivo. All participants were skeptical and finally very curious because I had absolutely no problems. Slide, waterproof and absolutely comfortable. I didn't get over. But I could imagine that a slightly higher shaft could give a safer hold.
From me: great, comfortable safe hiking shoe. Will not have been my last.
Was in search of waterproof autumn/winter shoes, stranged between these and the Daqota.
These seemed more suitable for terrain.
They are super soft, perfectly fixed on the foot over the lacing and still barefoot feeling despite "a lot of shoe", I would not have expected that.
Not yet tested in the area, they are suitable for the city.
I wear 40/41, I ordered them in 40, they sit great, but no thick wool socks would no longer fit in.
And they are also rather warm, they had last 3-4 hours at 18 ° rain, which went quite well, but it prefers longer at cooler temperatures.
Just wear the shoe with my dog every day. It really doesn't press anywhere, is totally warm and waterproof. Exactly what I was looking for. And he also looks chic.
This shoe is certainly the best winter shoe I've ever had. Waterproof, windproof and incredibly warm. Super comfortable, I wear it very easily on my foot. The soles are unusually thick for barefoot shoes, but I have to say that I now rather appreciate this. Especially in winter. However, this shoe is only maximum for temperatures from 8-10 degrees. It doesn't work for hours in the office, so it starts to sweat. That won't have been the last shoe from ZAQQ ..
The shoes fit perfectly. I measured my foot with the instructions and was exactly at the upper limit for the 40. We decided to order the 41. Shipping went super quickly. Try shoes and immediately enthusiastic. I can't say anything about the waterproof. But the general workmanship is very high quality at first glance. Will definitely not stay my first and last couple Zaqq shoes.
